OSB, which is an acronym for "One Step Beyond", is a
non-contact cardio-martial arts exercise program based on the
sharp and ballistic movements of the ancient martial art Taekwon-Do,
and contemporary boxing. OSB, sometimes referred to as Tae-Bo,
Tai-Fit, or Cardio-Kick Boxing, differs from these programs, in
that there are no bouncing movements. The absence of bouncing
type movements, provides a stress free workout for the ankles
and knees. Movements of OSB, are designed to target specific "hard
to get at" areas required to achieve a toned, healthy appearance,
as well as assist with weight reduction.

                        (non-contact) cardio-martial arts class features a low,
medium, and high intensity work-out that combines aerobic
type movement, with martial arts and conventional boxing.
This workout program, if done with consistency and regularity,
streamlines the body, builds up endurance, and increases
speed and energy levels. Classes include kicking, punching,
and blocking that simulate actual self-defense situations.
Along with physical fitness, these training methods have
been proven to relieve stress and mental pressure. |
